Personal data collected and methods of collection

2.2 Data provided voluntarily. Sending messages through the contact form involves the collection of: name, email address, company name (optional) and message text.

Purposes and legal basis of processing

Personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:

• Security and operation of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest): technical monitoring and prevention of unauthorised access or abuse.
• Fulfilment of legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR): retention of data within the periods provided by applicable law.

Data retention

Browsing data is not retained beyond the time strictly necessary for the security of the site (maximum 30 days in system logs).

Data transmitted via the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a professional relationship, for the period provided by applicable tax and contractual regulations (generally 10 years under the Italian Civil Code).

Cookie consent preferences are stored in the browser via localStorage and can be deleted at any time by clearing browser data.

Data transfers

Personal data is not transferred, sold or communicated to third parties for their own purposes.

The site uses Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for managing contact emails. Brevo acts as data processor pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, is certified GDPR-compliant and keeps data within the European Economic Area.

The site is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), a member of the European Economic Area. The transfer is GDPR-compliant.

If you have consented to analytics cookies, data is processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
