Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website theitguy.pro and the IT consulting services offered by The IT Guy Pro.
Accessing and using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. Anyone who does not accept these Terms is asked not to use the site.
Identity of the Professional
The IT Guy Pro is a professional IT consulting activity operating in Termoli (CB), Molise, Italy. For any communication: info@theitguy.pro.

The information on the site is purely informational and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The site's contents are the property of the Professional and protected by copyright law.
Reproduction, distribution or use of the contents without prior written authorisation from the Professional is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.
IT consulting services
The IT consulting services described on the site are provided following a specific agreement with the client. Each professional relationship is governed by a written service contract that defines the scope, methods, fees and terms.
The first evaluation consultation (up to 30 minutes) is offered free of charge and does not bind either party to the conclusion of a contract.
The Professional reserves the right to decline assignments incompatible with their competencies, availability or professional values.
Sale of Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
The Site offers offline digital tools (named FinanceOS and BalanceOS) for sale, provided as an HTML file generated and processed in real time based on the data entered by the user at checkout.
Pursuant to art. 59, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content on a non-material medium where execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement of the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal.
By proceeding to payment and selecting the relevant consent checkbox, the consumer expressly requests immediate execution of the supply and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal at the moment the automatic download of the generated file begins.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". The Professional undertakes to keep it updated and operational, but does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service.

The Professional reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
